What? do you want people to buy a drawning? Well, this drawing is unique. You can do a reverse google search, you won't find it online. It's an original and I own the only copy. It's non fungible. If you download the image with the QR code, and open it in notepad, you will see that the Bitcoin address of the wallet linked to the drawing is coded into the image. The original has the same address, which can then be verified by the Bitcoin blockchain. That acts as an immutable certificate of authenticity.
But what if people screenshot the image?
Well the screenshot won't contain the bitcoin address and can be identified as a fake.
But what if people just copy the image with the QR code?
Yes, but the QR is not the original, it's a copy of the original for selling purposes. It also doesn't contain the private key, which proves ownership. Without the original, the QR version is worthless.
Yes, but what if people change the encoded bitcoin key to a new address and try to resell it? Well, the can only change it for the QR image which is public, but the original is private, their changed image won't match up with the address in the original and it will be identified as a fake. Also, every time you change the encoding of an image, the quality is reduced slightly.
So to sum it up, this is an original artwork that can never be counterfeited as long as the original remains private. Private doesn't mean you can't show it off, you can still print it out and even put it on a T shirt or coffee mug. You can show it off to your friends and family, but just keep the digital version of the image private.
